How you can get involved

With Siloah we are offering our visitors and friends a diverse and interesting programme. But even a purely charitable and non-profit organization must be based on a solid foundation. And that includes financial support as well as the commitment of unsalaried volunteers. Give us a helping hand in carrying on with this important work of making available to people with and without disabilities a sheltered space for their social contacts which otherwise all too often would remain out of their reach. There are quite different ways for you to actively do so:

Financial Donations
We are deeply grateful for the fact that we are receiving financial support by the Munich city authorities and the Upper Bavaria administrative region. Nevertheless, these funds are falling far short of what is required to sustain and further develop the programme we are offering.
Therefore we are badly in need of your donation. So if you wish and see a possibility to support our efforts, we would very much appreciate your kind contribution. As a matter of course, such donations are tax-deductible. Here are the data of our donations account:
Fördergemeinschaft Cunit e. V.
Stadtsparkasse München

BIC: SSKMDEMM

Join the Cunit e. V. association as a Sponsoring Member
If you would like to support Siloah on a regular basis you could join the Fördergemeinschaft Cunit association as a sponsoring member. With an annual contribution starting from a mere € 36.- you could strengthen our community.
Simply send an email with the keyword “Fördermitglied” (or “Sponsoring Member”) to the address cunit@siloah-muenchen.de. We will then gladly get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Voluntary Commitment
Siloah is markedly characterized by its special self-help quality so that we are reliant on mutual co-operation, aid and support and on the voluntary commitment of our fellow human beings.
So why not donate a bit of your time and give some practical assistance, such as helping with the preparation of food and meals, or “pushing a wheelchair when it comes to going uphill”? Or you could, for instance, take on a part of the jobs and tasks connected with organising and carrying out our various activities. We certainly are grateful for any kind of help, no matter whether you are able and/or willing to contribute much or little time.
We are aware that the first step may not be all that easy.
And yet, YOU are the one who has to take it!
